Woerkbook 3: p. 97 ex. 1

1. Change the affirmative sentences to negative sentences and the negative sentences to affirmative sentences.

1) My grandparents didn't have much mney.

My grandparents had a lot of money.

2) There were a lot of people at the concert.

There weren't many.

3) Javier has learned to play some new songs.

Javier hasn't learned to play any.

4) She drinks a lot of water every day.

She doesn't drink much water every day.

5) We didn't eat some fruit.

We ate some fruit.
